Watts Gallery combines galleries, artists’ studios, woodland paths, a café and the nearby Watts Chapel across an 18-acre site. The collection centres on the work of Victorian painter and sculptor George Frederic Watts and artist Mary Watts, with rooms filled with symbolic paintings, sculptures, ceramics and Arts and Crafts design details. Visitors can also explore Limnerslease, the Watts family home and studios, before walking through the grounds to the richly decorated chapel built with local craftspeople and volunteers
