About Rural Life Living Museum

The Rural Life Living Museum is an open-air heritage museum near Farnham spread across woodland, barns and historic relocated buildings filled with rural artefacts, farming equipment and reconstructed village spaces. Visitors can explore vintage tractors, fire engines, workshops, schoolrooms, a prefab house, blacksmithing areas and one of the South East’s largest collections of countryside objects and machinery. Alongside the museum itself, regular steam events, railway rides, craft demonstrations and seasonal family days give the site a much more interactive feel than a standard museum visit.
