The Ginistry is an independent gin bar in Oxted, stocking more than 135 gins alongside an eclectic range of mixers, set in a converted former barber's shop just yards from Oxted station. It grew out of a touring gin-and-tonic van before settling into this permanent site in 2019. Staff offer guidance on building the right G&T, and the bar hosts live music, quizzes and brunches, making it a good fit for casual drinks, celebrations and gin-led evenings out.
